second week of school and i am facing the ghosts of summer:
- the jigsaw puzzle laying very very broken and ill-treated on my room floor
- the promise of dedication towards academia, and sorting out campus accomodation
- the books, the pile that i have to abandon for other things
- the partying, for now and mayber it will remain that way (yes, nerdification has occured here)

life has basically consisted of hanging with family now that we are all together for two weeks here in singapore. we have had countless dinners together so far, strange pointless conversations, fights over bathrooms in the morning, the infringing of my personal space in my room and on the pc by my brother and mother, hanging in school as it is the only sanctuary. the cherry on the icing will be the family trip to desaru this national day weekend. it will all pass, most things do, good or bad.

on other news, i got a job! yay! we'll see how it goes, starts tmrw. have to quit the one in school, yet i am still unable to draft that resignation email (smth tells me, i should hold on to it). oh, and i am broke again and i have two birthdays this week to buy presents for, tmrw being my sister-in-law's anniversary of her day of existence, followed by her husband's on thursday. not to mention, my second brother's on the 14th. all very assholic to have been born in the same month i tell you. must end all this angst.

*shouts therapeutically* AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

i am looking forward to:
the village by m. night shyamalan
trying to get new contact lenses
getting paid on the 15th by parents
getting back money from friend when he gets back on the 10th from europe, very late for school
eventually practicing my bass guitar
meeting some people
shaking off this strange mood i am in right now.


hmmmmm...will ponder meaning of life as i end this entry, or stick to the very well known:
